Booking & Payments
• Full-service planning fees and trip deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
• Final payment for international trips is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled travel date unless otherwise noted.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
• All payments (including deposits and full-service fees) are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our planning and the policies of our vendors.
• If a client cancels after full payment but before travel begins, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to vendor discretion.
• Travel protection or insurance is highly recommended and may help recover non-refundable costs in the event of cancellation.
Trip Planning & Itineraries
• Culinary Culture Tours (CCT) provides curated travel planning, including activity suggestions, bookings through third-party vendors, and concierge-style support.
• We are not responsible for the services or operations of third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, or tour providers.
• Itineraries may be adjusted based on availability or external conditions.
Responsibility
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet travel requirements including passports, visas, and COVID-19 guidelines.
• CCT is not liable for any personal injuries, property loss, or delays caused by third-party services.
Communication & Updates
• Upon booking, clients will receive itinerary confirmations and important travel updates via email.
• Additional updates may be communicated via the intake form contact info or client’s preferred method.
